Originally established in Walla Walla, Washington, in 1926, it is the largest and oldest office furnishings and equipment dealership in Southeastern Washington and Northeastern Oregon; and, in 2005, it launched its newest full-service operation in Wenatchee, Washington, to serve North Central Washington.

In addition to offering premier furniture and space planning and design solutions, Total Office Concepts also markets Konica Minolta imaging systems (featuring Minolta brand imaging equipment) throughout Southeastern Washington and Northeastern Oregon (not available in North Central Washington).
